She has over 20 years of experience in human capital management; with strong focus in enterprise contingent workforce strategy. Terri approaches clients with the balance of learned experience, creativity, and operational excellence to drive results that yield tangible business returns.
Terri has designed, solutioned and delivered several global and domestic contingent workforce programs ($10M-$2B in spend) for fortune 100/500 clients across sectors; Finance, Healthcare, Manufacturing, Retail and Telecom. Given her unique and comprehensive history, Terri brings extensive experience and knowledge in all phases of talent supply chain; staffing strategy, change management, VMS and talent acquisition technology selection and performance, analytics, operations, solutions, quality and efficiency. Terri has a direct, honest approach with a keen eye for what strategies deliver bottom line results, for all key parties in the talent supply chain; Clients, Talent and Staffing Providers, and Software Providers.
Terri was born in NY, resides in Charlotte, NC and holds a BS in MIS from Excelsior College (SUNY). She is has a thirst for knowledge and staying up on latest market and technology trends. She loves to write, and is a published author and international speaker. She is an avid exercise enthusiast and foodie, and believes in the importance of balance in mind, body and spirit. Connie has held an executive leadership role for a mid-size staffing company where she spearhead the architecture of a successful creation of their Workforce Solutions, Contingent Workforce Outsourcing (CWO) vertical; including several MSP program implementations and management. Her passion is the execution of strategy, driving customer satisfaction and client solutions. Meredith is a specialized process and technology solutions architect with more than 17 years of experience in the staffing and workforce solutions industry, with primary focus under Contingent Workforce Outsourcing (CWO), including Managed Service Provider (MSP), Vendor Management Systems (VMS), Statement of Work Management (SOW), Freelance/Independent Contractor (IC) Compliance, Business Process Outsourcing (BPO), Total Spend Management. She has extensive experience building, designing and deploying Global Gen 1 & 2 workforce programs for clients across all major sectors; Manufacturing, Life Sciences, Financial Services, Media and Entertainment.
Meredith has designed and deployed more than 100 programs for clients ranging from the Fortune top 20 to mid-sized growth organizations across multiple countries in North America and Europe. She has extensive building and implementing CWM programs and PMO creation across a number of industries, including Manufacturing, Energy, Software, Life Sciences, Financial Services, Automotive and Media and Entertainment.
